Nepal vs Japan friends match today | Charity match

Kathmandu : Nepali football team are taking on Friends of Japan in a charity football match at the Anfa Complex in Satdobato on Today. The AFC Solidarity Cup winning team Nepal arrived from Malaysia on Wednesday night and will play within two days. However, coach Koji was confident of winning the charity match.
The visiting team will be led by former Japan international Toda Kazuyuki who represented the country during the 2002 World Cup. Besides Kazuyuki, the team will be studded with current and former players of J-League, the premier division football league of Japan, as well as other players based in foreign countries. Home team Nepal will have the same squad which was crowned the champion of AFC Solidarity Cup that concluded on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Kazuyuki said his team is also confident of beating Nepal’s national team as well as his former coach Koji.“I watched Nepal’s matches against Brunei and Laos and we are well prepared for the encouter. Coach Koji once coached us in my youth level but I will be giving my best to win tommorow’s match,” said Kazuyuki.
The match will kick off at 14:00 at ANFA Complex, Satdobato. The tickets are available at stadium entrance prior to the kickoff.
